By using BookGov Eswatini, you agree to these Terms of Service. BookGov is a free government service provided by the Kingdom of Eswatini for scheduling appointments at government agencies.
2. Use of Service
BookGov is available to all users for booking appointments at participating government agencies. You agree to provide accurate personal information when making bookings.
3. Appointment Policies
- Each applicant may hold one active appointment per service at a time.
- Appointments can only be booked during agency operating hours.
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the scheduled date.
- Failure to attend a booked appointment may be recorded as a no-show.
4. Notifications
By booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS and email notifications including confirmations, reminders, and status updates related to your appointment.
5. Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating government appointments. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Availability
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, BookGov may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates. Government agencies may also modify their availability at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
BookGov facilitates appointment scheduling only. The Government of Eswatini is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by individual agencies.
